did find a neat bottle,conductor and a 1981 penny.

about 4 inches for the round ball and about a inch on the flat piece.Flat piece hit a large rock and landed under the ledge. 7 1/2 inches is about the deepest civil war era bullet I have ever found.

Good finds. How did you get a reading on the insulator??? They tore the poles down and left them where they fell.

Pappy, A nice CSA button is the nice find I want. A buckle or plate would do just as well....lol

Bobbie,maybe this fall you can come down if you want too or you might want to try the fort that is close to you that i told you about a few months back.
