I didn't dig much today so thought I'd show some of the Yankee buttons I've dug over the years.....forgot to move the one with the star.
I've got to find some new places to dig!!
Thanks For Looking, HH, Roger

Very nice buttons Roger. The ID numbers you used to label them...what book(s) did you use? Tice or Alberts or others? And which do you prefer?

Love them buttons Roger and thats quite a collection.
I was reading some on your avatar buckle. I've seen a value on one like yours at over $5000.

Hey Travis, I have both Albert's and Tice's book. Of Course Albert's is the Bible to buttons as is M&M to bullets! I bought Tice's just to find some that Albert has missed or over looked.
BTW, my label show my personal ID numbers. I log all my finds (if they are worthy finds) and keep up with the finds in Excel. I can look at any label and tell you the property owner, area and the day it was found (checking my files of course).
Happy Thanksgiving & Happy Hunting, Roger

Thanks Roger! I never thought about using Excel to log finds and thanks for that idea. I will have to get a bit more familiar with the program but have some experience with it.
