Dreary monday finds

I got out to the farm for a short bit today and tried a new place. Right along side the road in the drainage ditch. I came away with a coat button back, what looks like a bent bullet poker chip, and another new bullet for me, it appears to be a .36 cal savage revolver bullet veriant....HH......Bill

It might have been a dreary day but at least you got out. Your lucky I had to work. But I'll be out there on Sat.

Sounds like nice finds like your's can be anywhere in that area. Your right about detecting the less obvious areas. Good luck in finding more goodies,

I'm taking my last vacation day of this year Friday......guess where I'll be as soon as I can stand the temperature (calling for around 20 that morning) but warming all the way to 41!

Thanks ya'll, with limited time remaining in the south, i'll be swinging every day. Its a good thing when they told me I was unable to work for the Corps that a pastime like metal detecting would be good for me lol.....HH....Bill
