I went back today to where I found the wreath piece on Thanksgiving Day. I broke out the other machine (I have three) and tried it against this high powered electric fence (wanted to turn it off but no one was home to ask permission to do such). Not much Civil War items but I enjoyed digging every piece and enjoyed the weather as well! The top three items were found yesterday (12-30) and everything else today (12-31). I also dug several other lead & brass items! Part of an Indian Flint Scraper, Trade token for 50 cents, coin button without shank, Ball (Zouave) Button with shank (My Best Ever of only three), Researching the Memphis ST. RY. CO button (started in 1885 but unsure of the button date) with a EXTRA QUALITY dm back mark, carved three ringer & dropped .69 round.

Thanks For Looking,
Happy New Year,
Happy Hunting, Roger

Well not bad digs for the last of this year. Like the Zouve button. Here's to a new year of many days digging holes and pullin' loot! Happy New Year Roger!
