i was out saturday riding around and stopped in on my cuzzin ,his horses were out in the field and i took this pic ,the gray horse looks like general lees traveler.jim my cuz belongs to a reanactment regiment csa calavary.the guy who protrays lee is always trying to buy the gray.but no sale he is part of the family hehe.horses were a valued item during the war and served both sides well.its sad that the animals used during the wars were not remembered,better than they were .the guard dogs of nam were done bad also.
