Nice Finds Tsgman! I've never seen a spur with a stud and strap slot! I'm not for sure but could you take a close-up of the brass piece with what looks like a little trigger on the side.

Get John to post pictures of his finds.....is than a couple coins?

You have a modern .50 Cal slug in that first pic. You must have been near an old military base, unless someone that already had it lost it.

Keep Up The Great Digging, HH, RogerI am not sure whitch item you are referring to, but We found two powder flask tops. That spur is also a first for me. I need to do a little research on it.

RWD, tHe items on the right side are Johns stuff. He dug a token that says Richland Stables and has the #8 on it. The other one was a wheatie. We are hoping to get back this weekend. Have a good one, Tim

As always Tim, NICE DIGS! I was wondering when you would be posting some new finds for us to drool over! I am curious about the bullet that is laying down in the second and third pic. Have you ID'd it yet and if not I was wondering if you could post a seperate pic of it? Looks like a solid base three ringer---right? Post the heel plate also. Boy am I demanding!!! I'll add...."please" to that.
