Bullet ID

I may have posted on the wrong thread trying to get help to ID this bullet and if so I apologize but here goes. I found this bullet on a Yankee camp ground site in Mississippi. It looks as though it could be a sharps but has a strange pattern on the side. Help!!!!

It looks to be what is called a wad cutter bullet these are modern day bullets that are used in pistol rounds for target shooting Hence the name wad cutter cutting wads through paper targets
