Hi Guys,

Found this bullet about 200 feet away from another one I found a few months back. (see picture 2 for a shot of the other one)

D - .726
L - 1.01
Ramrod D - .621
Cavity - Plug

The previous bullet (the one on the right) had much more distinct rifling.
Id's MM315/335 - TT206C

That's a beauty. The largest that I've found in W. TN, is a .69. Keep up the good work. Glad to see someone is still hunting in all this heat.

Thanks Sarge!

2 days ago we had a slight bit of relief... air was dryer and the temp dropped just a smidge so I got out right at sunset... of course the ground is still dry as a bone. Was about to quit when I got this signal right on the edge of the yard I was hunting.

I've been really happy with the area I've been hunting... definitely not "battlefield" type finds - bullet after bullet... I'm having to work pretty hard to find stuff, but it is there. Makes me realize that there are many areas out there (especially in neighborhoods) that haven't been hunted or have only been lightly searched. I think there are still many accoutrements to be had in the neighborhoods... haven't found one yet though :) Perhaps when it cools and the skeeters die, I can get into some of the honeysuckle bushes and poison Ivy I've been avoiding.

Get out there man! There's bullets to be found... along with chiggers in your undies and a case of heatstroke to boot!
