Got wet to the bone, didn't think I would be able to drive out of the field we were in, and didn't have much to show for it. But, you know what, I had a great time. Here's what I dug in about an hour. If you look veeerrrry close, you can see the "X" on the poker chip. As for the knife, I don't know, I really don't think it's from the right period.

Great finds Danny more than what I found..but hey I was glad to be out for what little time I had..Maybe when this weather acts right we can all get out and find some relics....Sorry we didn;t have more time!!!

You did good for a one hour hunt. I hunted around three hours before we hooked up and I didn't do much better.2-69 round balls 1- pistol ball and a poker chip. Next time we go we need to go back to where me and Will started this morning. I think there is still some stuff there.
