Hello Strangers!
A misunderstanding on my behalf sent me looking for a different place to dig! Rifle Deer Season opened this morning so I wanted an OPEN AREA to detect! After working 4 hours I started driving around looking! I checked out a couple places and stopped at two! Couldn't get the land owner(s) so I returned to one of my OLD BURNED OUT places! Not the best day and not my best button but you are looking at what's left of my third Louisiana button and only my 7 CS button (or piece of) in 12 year of digging!!!!! Not much LEFT but she will claim Her own Spot within My Collection! The Heart was found within a few feet of the Button Face. The Carved Enfield just up the hill and the scattered buck balls and shot pistol bullets close by.
Considering it's a 1/2 to 3/4 mile walk in and out, this 3 hour total hunt wasn't too bad.....I left a few bucks for sure!
