Hi new to the Civil War board. Have been on TQ for about a month. Anyhow I have a pretty nice shape blank back button found in Iowa. I have a album of buttons in my regular TQ profile if anyone wants to look,but don't think any of them are Civil War.

Oh yeah it still has shank attached just slightly bent!

That sure is a beautiful button. I haven't found many in my 17 yrs of hunting, but have witnessed my huntin buddies dig quite a few. Thanks for sharing the pic, and again welcome to the forum.
