Help with Button ID?

Found this button in my backyard about 6 inches down. The condition is similar to the CW buttons I found in the yard, but I have no idea on this one.

When I dug this I saw the downward wings first and thought I had my first CSA staff button, then I saw the anchor and 3 cannon balls. I have not seen the exact same button online with a definitive id. There are similar buttons with lined pattern in the field behind the eagle and stars (13) around the perimeter. I just don't know.....

Welcome to the Forum & glad to have you as a new member.
I believe I saw this posted on TQ last evening but couldn't find the follow-up picture as I've moved things around. Anyway, sorry that I'm the one that has to tell you this (along with several others)! Your button is a civilian type and is still sold today at Fabrics Stores like Hancock.
The picture shows yours on the bottom row 4th button. I dug one like it myself a couple year ago.....

I have not seen one exactly like the one I dug without stars or lines in the field. I was holding out hope that maybe mine was a military one that civilian clothiers picked the design up from and embellished :rolleyes:
