ID a possible CW medal please???

I'm not positive but my mom says that my great great grandfather had this in the CW.

It has his name on the back, Walter P. Lindsay.

Also has Yakima, Washington.

Then R.7

Then the #'s 5916 (just in case)

On the front, the # 25 surrounded by a white star. I have a pic of it.

And if you do find ANY info on it, can I have it???? Just curios about him.

Hi I am new here so don't take what I say with any authority. That said. everything I have seen with those three rings that the medal hangs from always seem to have something to do with the Order of Odd Fellows. Check and see if your great great grandfather was a member of that group and you may be able to get more info from some of their documentation.
