OVM buckle

I was huntind a hay field close to the Indiana Ohio line and pulled this buckle out. The back looks like lead??? The thing is real heavy. How much is this buckle worth? Is it really a civil war buckle or newer. Also found the heel plate and a few indianhead pennies

I'd say its the real deal...given the other period finds found also! Cant give an estimate on pricing though...to me it would be priceless!!! Would love to find one.
